Specifically designed for Belt Sanders and similar applications requiring speed and torque. Utilizing pulley ratios the running speed can be increased twice and more if desired. Variable Speed Control Machine Power Unit Kit with Forward and Reverse. 110VAC Input. Engineered and assembled for those who intend to use they own motor. This unit will control any 90VDC motor for up to 1HP. Ideal drive solution for use on equipment requiring variable speed, soft starting or reversing operation. Variable Speed Control at the turn of the dial. Unlimited usage or application possibilities Turning Lathe/Belt Sander/Grinder Users - this is something for you: No more drive belts changing. ·         This Kit is build upon the powerful KB Electronics Motor Speed Controller. ·         110VAC Input - Pludgs into convenient household current. ·         It offers variable speed control in both Forward and Reverse directions. ·         Completely assembled package, configured, ready to use right out of the box and tested. Motor cable with 3 pin connector is included. You will need to hook it up with your motor's wires. If your motor will run in wrong direction then showing on the front panel, swop the wires around. The unit has the following functions conveniently mounted on the front panel: Power on/off Start Switch Forward/reverse directions switch Frequency setting knob – for adjusting rotation speed Lighted Function Indicators Line and Armature Fuses (Line Fuse is accessible from the outside of the box) The reading on the potentiometer dial does not indicate motor RPM's. This kit has been assembled from new and/or from previously used components, by professionals who stand behind their product. Each unit is individually assembled, programmed and tested before offered for sale. KB Electronics Operation Manual will be included. Please understand that I am trying to describe this unit to the best of my abilities. However each person interested in it usually has its own application in mind.
