Kolpak Walk-In Cooler / Freezer Combination Unit This walk in was installed new in the summer of 2012 and used for around 18 months. The restaurant that the unit was installed in has sold and we are selling some of the nearly new equipment here on eBay. Kolpak is a top of the line brand, and this is there top of the line model with many options for safety and durability. It has been professionally disassembled and is being stored in our warehouse. All panels were marked for easy installation and I have dozens of photos, video and the original drawings from Kolpak. New cost on this unit was over $36,000. It is in excellent used condition and we are selling it for nearly half of new cost. This is your chance to get a nearly new cooler / freezer at a great pric 22x14x8.6 - 22 feet deep, 14 feet wide, 8.5 feet tall The freezer unit has a floor and measures 7 feet wide x 13 feet deep. The freezer is located in on the right when you walk into the cooler. The cooler has an air curtain in the back with a seperate unit controling this portion of the cooler. This portion was used for different temperature zoning. This give you the ability to keep your cooler portion at two seperate temperatures for different products. The curtain could be removed if you wanted to run the entire system at the same temperature. 3 phase electric, 208-230 volt, 60 HZ 404A freon in the entire system ( 3 separate compressors in one large remote unit) Please feel free to contact me for any information you need. It includes all panels, doors, hardware, condensing units, led lighting, thermostats, etc. You will have to supply the box and refrigeration units with electricity and connect your refrigeration units. The box is an "outside" box meaning it has thicker insulation and heavier panels it is appropriate for outside installation if you choose. The box also has a monitoring system with alarms for all sections. If the cooler drops below a safe temperature the alarm system will sound. Upgraded LED lighting throughout. Because of the size and amount of components involved local pick up is preferred. Delivery is available for $1.75 per loaded mile. I get a great discount with a national truck chain and it is usually most cost effective to fly or drive in and then drive the equipment home yourself. We will supply loading of the system onto your truck or trailer.
