THIS UNIT HAS MANY FUNCTIONS THAT WILL TAKE THE PLACE OF SEVERAL PIECES OF TEST EQUIPMENT. SIGNAL GENERATOR, SINE, TRANGLE AND SQUARE WAVE, .2Hz TO 3 MHz. SWEEP A PORTION OR THE FULL BAND, PERFECT FOR WORKING ON IF FILTERS IN THE 455Kz AND OTHER RANGES. SWEEP OUTPUT TO DRIVE YOUR "O" SCOPE SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT YOUR ARE DOING WHILE ADJUSTING A RECEIVER. YOU CAN ALSO USE THE "O" SCOPE SAWTOOTH WAVE TO DRIVE THIS GENERATOR. FROM EXTERNAL SOURCE. I HAVE CHECKED THIS UNIT OUT AS BEST AS I CAN AND ALL SEEMS TO BE WORKING. NO MANUAL SO I WASN.T ABLE TO FULL CHECK ALL THE FUNCTION. MANUALS CAN BE FOUND ON eBay. This KH 1400A is hard to find, seldon see on eBay. Other vendors list them but, they want $300 to $600 plus shipping. more details later.
