Features installed Deep Access option, using capillary length 0.625" and total 1/2" (0.500") Z travel. Gold ball bonding 0.0007" to 0.003" wire diameter, and also copper wire bonding when using a cover gas attachment. Offered as shown with RH Mouse w/Integrated Manual Z Button.
