Extended warranty XL (3 years) + 10% to the cost of the chair if other terms are not agreed with the Seller. The warranty covers all the mechanisms, metal parts and the bearing structure. Within the warranty period any malfunctions occurred due to the manufacturer’s fault shall be remedied at the manufacturer’s expense at the Service Centre. Delivery of the chair to the Service Centre shall be performed by the Buyer. The warranty doesn’t include periodic maintenance, installation and adjustment of the chair at the owner’s home. The chair is not subject to warranty repair if it has any defects occurred as a result of: - mechanical damages; - non-observance of the conditions of use or the owner’s wrong actions; - incorrect installation, transportation; - repair or structural alterations made by other persons than personnel of the Kulik System company Service Centre. THE WARRANTY CEASES IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: 1. The product has no warranty leaflet. 2. The warranty leaflet is filled in partially or incorrectly, and/or contains corrections not verified by the Seller. 3. Any repair performed by anyone other than the Kulik System company Service Centre. Exchange policy: In case of receiving defective item* or defective part of it we may provide you with the new item or part of it (in case it is possible to disassemble and change this part without damaging the item) at no cost to you as long as it is reported within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).
