These Korean handcuffs are surprisingly well made from nickel plated high carbon steel; very smooth operation. No features are compromised with this set, heavy duty rivets, four ply construction, triple locking ratchets, ditched jaws and sliding lock face double lock. Weighing in at 9.5 ounces they are similar in size and weight to most police handcuffs on the market. Certified in compliance to National Institute Justice (NIJ) Standard 0307.01 making them acceptable for use by US military and police.
