L7905CV SGS -5V TO220 Voltage Regulator L7905CV is a 5V Fixed Negative Voltage Regulator in TO220 package. Made in ITALY by SGS. Original Vintage parts, manufactured in late 1980s (25 or more years ago). Equivalent to: MC7905CP LM7905CP UA7905CP AN7905 GL7905 etc. Condition - NEW.
