 Brand new LaGard electronic safe lock.This digital safe lock can replace any group 2 mechanical or digital safe lock with a standard foot print.Why keep dialing out your safe when you could simply punch in your code and turn the handle to open your safe.This lock has 1 million possible combination's it require the use of one 9 volt battery which is accessed from outside the safe behind the keypad.This lock has a low battery alert.There is no need to reprogram the lock when you change the battery.The codes are actually stored in the the lock body itself  this prevents someone from trying to splice the wires from the keypad and getting your safe open.This digital lock has both a master override code and a single user code.It also has a wrong input penalty so if the wrong combination is entered in 4 time the lock will shut down for 5 minutes before it will open with the proper code.You can change the combination as often as you wish with just a few simple steps.This digital lock is made by Kaba LaGard the leading manufacturer of commercial and residential safes locks in the U.S.A.This lock has a retail value of $225.00 retail packaging includes latest redesigned keypad, internal lock body, all mounting hardware and programming instructions. This digital safe lock has a full 1 year manufactures warranty.   The type of bolt that is included with this keypad.is a swing bolt it will work for both right and left hand installations.The way it operates is when the combination is entered and  the handle is turned to open the safe it pushes the bolt into the lock body and when the handle is turned back to lock the safe the bolt swings back down and dead locks back in place until it is opened again by entering in the combination.
