Innovative technology and user-friendly features are at the heart the NeoTherm LC. The compact workhorse is powered by a dual fired ASME stainless steel water tube heat exchanger resulting in 10:1 turndown and thermal efficiencies as high as 99%.   Setup, operation and diagnostics are made easy with the NeoTherm LC’s large color touch screen display. Powering the NeoTherm LC is a dual fired heat exchanger that has two equally sized burners surrounded by coiled water tubes. These burners can modulate independently of each other to maximize fuel utilization. An added redundancy feature of the dual burner design is if for some reason one of the two burners were to fail the other will still be available to provide heat.   The advanced NeoTherm LC control system includes a cascading feature that allows for up to four boilers to be lead lagged with onboard controls. Up to eight NeoTherm LC boilers can be lead lagged when coupled with M4 and M4EXT controllers. This results in a modulating heating cell of up to 9.6 million BTU/hr with a combined 80:1 turndown (using 1.2 million BTU/hr NeoTherm LC units).   Also included with the onboard controls is an auto rotation function that periodically changes lead boiler to evenly spread service between all boilers. Communication with Building Automation Systems happens easily via a built-in Modbus protocol included with all NeoTherm LC boilers.   The boiler shall be a Laars NeoTherm Model NTH1000, rated at 999,000BTU/hr input and 942,000 BTU/hr output. The boiler shall modulate 10-100% of full fire. The unit(s) shall be design-certified to comply with the current edition of the Harmonized ANSI Z21.13 / CSA 4.9 Standard for Gas-Fired Low Pressure Steam and Hot Water Boilers. The unit(s) shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section IV requirements for 160 psi (1103 kPa) maximum working pressure, and shall bear the ASME "H" Stamp and be listed by the National Board. These boilers were purchased by our client for installation at their property on 9/29/2014   They have been stored on their premise since this time.   After examining their 50-year-old boiler piping they determined that rather than repair the piping, they will convert this 10 story condo to a VRF system.   We would like to help facilitate the sale of these for our client.   If you have any interest in these we can arrange for transportation to your location.  They are brand new and still in the original packaging.  They are located in Cleveland, Oh
