There are some stains on the chest where electrode pads where left on too long, but does not affect the purpose or function the manikin. It does have the tubing connection for the bilateral carotid pulse stimulation bulb, but does not come with the actual bulb and it seems like the tube is diconnected or has a leak. The clothing is nice. All rubber parts are nice and pliable. Age Exact Unknown, Airways and other consumables are still available from the Laerdal website.
