It has a x2 twisted pairs of 22awg FPP (Foamed PolyPropylene)-insulated color-coded stranded (19x34 stranding) tinned copper conductors, wrapped in a foil shield (100% coverage aluminum foil/mylar tape backing with foil side facing out), with 22awg stranded (19x34 stranding) tinned copper drain wire, then wrapped in a 90% coverage tinned copper braid shield, all contained in a black PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride) jacket. This cable is UL Listed and CMR (Riser) rated for in-wall/between floors. Made in the USA. See specs in last picture.
