This portable washer includes an unloader valve and flow valve that were recently replaced, ensuring proper function. Water is heated by a diesel burner to a temperature of up to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. The 220V power cord may show some wear and cracks, but it is still functional. The Landa Cleaning Systems PHWS4-30024G hot water pressure washer with steam option is a powerful cleaning machine with 208V 1/phase and 3000 psi 3.9 gpm capabilities. This diesel heated unit has only 1207 hours of use and runs well on standard 220/240v single phase service. It was previously used on a Navy project and has some surface rust, but this does not affect its functionality.
