Very High quality / HEAVY - Duty Gauge STAINLESS STEEL heavy Sauce (Tartar sauce , mayo , guacamole , etc.) gun ideal for caterers /serious cooks and restaurants / institutional use. Very highly polished fine finish with a very minimal # of truly surface blemishes in this finish --no gouges , dents , chips , etc. Perhaps 1 short ?? scratch ( I hesitate to even call it that ) which does not break the polished surface.Not marked as to country of origin but overall quality suggests to me probably USA. Device measures 14 x 6 x 2 inches and weighs 0.35 lb. In two (2) locations there are a 1/4 -3/8ths long pattern of roughage (width 1-2 MM at most ) and one 1/16-2/16ths area( less than 1 mm wide ) on raised edges ( one on leading edge distal-most part of bottom of handle). Please see Pix for a better assessment. NEVER USED-- Rubber cover to handle of rod is perfect--notches of rod are super crisp and index crisply & perfectly. Retails on the Internet as high as $ 177.51 ( Instaware Restaurant Supply Superstore where it is currently out-of - stock ) to $221.86 ( at www.kitchenstuff.com ) A VERY - Fine piece of QUALITY equiptment usually NOT encountered outside of institutional supply houses.
