 Not exactly sure of the exact purpose of these two items. They appear to be designed to clamp cables together electrically. They are four inches long and the slot for the cable is 5/16" wide. The mounting stud is 1/2" in diameter and the clamping thread is 1" in diameter. The nuts are 1 3/8" across the flats. There is a steel indexing pin on the base which I have shown in one of the pictures. They weigh over a half pound each. I've listed them as used but they actually show no signs of being used.
