This set up is ready to serve and make money. It has the 10 x 10x Kiosk which made of aluminum structure easily transported. Easy to set up. Transports in the back of a truck. Complete with counters and flooring. The Canvas material is BIGTOP material, very hardy durable. The BBq is very versatile and can cook any items from corn to pizzas to ribs...etc. the bbq is propane fired and easily controlled flame with the flick of a switch.. It has been gas, and electric certified. As well the whole set up does carry a Health Permit. The entire set up with bbq and kiosk cost over $20000 to build. The trailer bbq is lite enough to be towed by any vehicle. There is a 6 sink system on the back of the trailer with a brand new hot water tank. Also has very large fresh and grey water tanks built in. Fully self-contained. The BBQ is a rotisserie system with 4 large racks. Can fit a very large quantity of product for cooking inside. The bbq is propane fired. The BBQ is a professionally custom built unit that is designed for many applications Great money maker and the BBQ itself can be used to cater many venues including weddings or any other functions for any type of food. We have used this stand for selling Baked Potatoes, Roasted corn and Turkey Legs at events. The bbq itself we have catered many venues and cooked any number of food items out of it. I can supply all health plans and help with organizing transporation.
