Up for your consideration is a Larscom Network Interface Module. The Split-T FT1 Access Multiplexer, Model NiM-211 Rev D. Comes with Larscom power supply and rack mounts. Tested, found to be working. Other fees added to shipping are: cost of packing materials, cost of printing receipt, Paypal fees, shipping insurance (if any), tracking fees (if any), and Ebay final value on shipping fees.
