Recently removed from of a previously working and now decommissioned fab. You will need to refer closely to all the photos as we are not too familiar with this unit ourselves. Here is a listing of some of the components we identified - Accu-Fab 1250 3-Axis Controller with Monitor. Omnichrome 3056-M-A01 Laser, 325nm, Pout = 10mW, (Appears to have been serviced and reinstalled after 6/2010 from the paperwork found in the unit). Omnichrome Model 100 Laser Power Supply. UniBlitz D122 Shutter Driver UDT Tramp Trans-Impedance Amplifier. Also included is a back-up Laser and Power supply, reconditioned by Melles Griot, as below. Omnichrome LC500-120 Controller / Power. Omnichrome 3056-M-A01 Laser. We are also including a extra Omnichrome Model 100, which is marked as "Bad". We are also including a box of PCBs also marked Accu-Fab, we are including them as spares. This unit appears to have been used for marking wafers. Not quite sure of the original year of mfg. but around 1997 by looking at the software. We are selling AS-IS, due to age. We are estimating the shipping weight at 950 pounds on pallet.
