This is an integrated optical wafer inspection station that features a robust multi-axis robotics handling system and manual wafer stage for 8-inch wafer inspection. The Leica Ergoplan microscope with world class Leica Plan Fluotar lenses offers brightfield, darkfield and Nomarski DIC imaging options. It is equipped with laser autofocus which facilitates improved throughput. • Large stable stand with coaxial coarse/fine focusing system • Integrated epi-illuminator with 12V, 100W halogen light source • Tilting binocular body tube with UW 10X eyepieces and port for digital camera (not included) • Motorized nosepiece with Brighfield/Darkfield and DIC illumination • Microscope Objectives:   Plan FL 2.5x, Plan FL 10x BD, Plan FL 20x BD, Plan FL 50x BD, Plan APO 100x BD, and PL APO 150x. • Large travel mechanical X-Y stage for up to 8-in wafers • Integrated Laser Auto Focus System will be crated for domestic shipping. We recommend air ride truck. Shipping terms Ex Works Richardson, TX 75081. Buyer is responsible for pick up and all shipping costs.
