I am offering this high-quality microscope head in a no-reserve auction. This Leica SZ-4 Stereo Microscope head is a great find from a surplus government equipment auction. Though it shows medium to heavy wear, the head seems to be mostly complete except for one missing eyepiece. When tested, it gave a clean focus and a clear image, with smooth eye piece movement. The large focus wheels move nicely and the aluminum lens barrels that hold the eyepieces have their optical glass intact and clean. All optics inside the head are there and working fine. This is a good working head, with only minor issues like missing eyepieces, yellowing plastic, typical scratches, and some missing screws.
