Samuel Stephens Boston Mass. Letterpress Part - PRESS BRAKE for jobber press. This is a floor mounted press brake that was made by Samuel Stephens in Boston Mass.  He was active in the late 19th Century through the early 20th Century. The brake is 6.5" when down and 8" when raised, the overall brake length is approx. 24" and the brake pad is 4" x 2.5" wide.   About Us: Antyke is my brick and mortar (actually cinder block) antique shop located in Scituate, Rhode Island. I have been buying and selling on Ebay since 1997 and have packed and shipped hundreds of large and fragile items, your shipment will be well packaged with bubble wrap and a sturdy box. I have a no questions 30-day satisfaction guarantee, return for a full refund if not satisfied.  If there are unforeseen problems with the item or if it is not as described, return and I pay postage both ways.   I ship both Fedex Ground / USPS Parcel Select / Priority which ever is cheaper based on your location.  If you have a preference, drop me a note before checking out and I will get an exact quote based on your area.  People outside lower 48 states, small shipment is by USPS.  Postage may be more expensive than quoted, please drop me a note before checkout or while the auction is live and I will get you an exact quote.  You can always pick up local at our shop Antyke on Route 6 in Scituate, Rhode Island. We ship anywhere in the world. Large items are crated and brought to local freight forwarding terminals for convenient and cost effective shipment. Forklift on site to load your items that are too big to pick up. Since I deal in items of all sizes, message me if you want to buy multiple items and have combined shipping.
