Letterpress Wood Poster Type 8 1/4" Old Letter 'O' Fantastic Old Hand Carved Typeface Wonderful Rare Design Size: 8 1/4" Made by B. Brierley an Old British Foundry This is a Superb Old Hand Carved Letter in this Decorative Typeface and is a Excellent Condition, for it's age, as it looks to have been carefully used. Please Note, this B. Brierley Hand Carved Wood Letter is probably around 100 years or more old. POSTAGE COSTS I will combine and REDUCE the Costs of postage for any buyer who purchases more than one item. Please Note: All the letters/numbers in this alphabet have been carefully clean to remove the dirt/dust (this includes some ink but not ink stains in the wood) and show the Patina to its best advantage. I am a collector of wood type and all the processes I use are designed to show of the wood type but not to damage or prevent the wood type from being used for printing again. I never use wax on the surface of wood type as this means that the letter can never be used for printing again. Should you have any questions please let me know? Thanks.
