This switch was carried as a spare part for industrial machinery. The lever has a radius of 1 1/2" and the wheel is 3/4" in diameter. Contacts are rated @ 15 Amps up to 480V AC. Mounts with 2 holes 1" apart. Mounting hardware is included. Because of it's age, some superficial corrosion is visible but does not effect the switches operation. Switch was tested yesterday and it works fine. Switch has 1 Form C contact and it is special.  When the roller is depressed, the contacts change state.  When the bottom plunger is depressed it re-sets the switch.
