This was most likely part of either alcohol or tobacco advertising. It is a large lighted letter "O", perfect for a man cave or garage. It measures 17 1/2 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches deep. This needs to be wall mounted or hung, as its weight is not evenly distributed - it wants to lean to one side. I do not know what kind of light source is inside it. It does not need any warm up time to come on. It could use a coat of paint around the edge. Please see the photographs for a visual description. There is a rattle inside when jiggled.
