Awsome Lighted Vests are ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 Cert . I invented these and they absolutly enhance the Hi -Viz safety vests on the market. Every person who is out in Darkness or low light, poor visibility needs this vest. They are NOT LED lighted vests they are light weight, no bulbs to get hot or break and no bulk or heavy wiring to weight you down. These run off of 2AA Batteries and has a Battery Pocket on the Left front pocket of vest. Raised button the battery Pak lets you push the on/off button through the material on the battery pak pocket. Push Button once turns on a bright solid light as in pictures, push second time a slow bright blinking light, press third time a fast bright blinking light, again turns system off. Battery life has been amazing depending on quality of batteries and use of the vests. No complaints. Also were tested in  Snow, Fog,Wind, Rain Darkness,dust,smoke, and just poor visability. Passed 100%. These Lighted Vests can be seen from a greater distance than a shinning"A" glowing light. These Lighted Vests are seen before auto headlights hit the reflective Tape on safety vests. It doesn't affect night vision. Wearers reported they were seen and felt safer wearing lighted vests. Anyone who wants to be more visability when working or hunting , camping, biking, hiking etc, should wear a lighted Vest for safety.
