Lionville HC Crash Cart Tested - Guaranteed Designed for units with a lower patient to nurse ratio to provide a good mix of medications and supplies. The Lionville HC Series Cart puts every inch of its compact frame to efficient use to get nurses closer to their patient. It’s a practical companion to units with automated dispensing cabinets or in situations where floor space is limited. This unit will come with the locking cyclinders removed [see photos]. The cart can be locked and unlocked without the keyed cylinders, but will not be secure, as they open with a screwdriver! The cylinders are available online for about $10 each. This cart requires 2 locking cylinders, one for the main locking mechanism, and one for the narcotics drawer. You will probably want to get them keyed alike, as well. They are the standard "Figure 8" cylinders, that are removed and installed with a control key. It does have some scratches and dings in the finish, but nothing crazy. The top is clean and smooth, and all the drawers open and lock with ease. 2 of the drawers have dividers installed in them [see photos]. The electronic locking mechanism is untested, as is the battery. The unit will function perfect without the electronics, as the manual mechanism locks everything tight. Test Results I had our locksmith drill out the cylinders. All manual locking mechanisms function as designed. I did not test the electronic locking mechanism or the battery. No charger included.
