Auction is for one sample of pure elemental Xenon sealed in a quartz ampoule embedded in acrylic resin Please notice, the Critical point of Xe is 16 degree C, so above this temperature you can not see any liquid inside the ampule. To see the liquid Xenon you need slowly cool sample down to 10-15 C. Don't use liquid nitrogen of CO2 to cool down the sample, it can cause the cracks on the acrylic shield. It's safe because, it's very small, the quartz ampule is very strong and the ampule is inside a solid cast acrylic cylinder. All Xe ampules tested by heating up to 80C but it's better to keep sample below 50C. Ampoule OD - 4 mm, ID - 2 mm, length - 26 mm Calculated burst pressure ca 200 bar (but all ampoules tested by heating up to high temperature for test purpose.) Xenon amount - 25-50 mg Cylinder OD - ca 25 mm, length - ca 40 mm Worldwide registered priority shipping - $10 I accept one week moneyback if you are not happy with this purchase for any reason!
