It's a Liteprep SG20 20" floor grinder for grinding concrete and removing adhesives. It's marked CDC Larue because they sold them under their brand name for a few years. Liteprep will verify that this is manufactured by them and they have parts and service options for this machine. This is one of the most desirable floor grinders available. It runs on 110V AC so there are no headaches when using it in a residence. It was new in 2007 and has had a pretty easy work life in a company that was a family based part time operation. It comes with: - 40 grit diamond heads with about 50% usable life - carbide scraper heads that have seen nearly no use and have more like 90%-95% useful life on the replaceable carbide cutters . - Extra belt -"Gland" (this is the rubber skirt that goes around the base) - 4 cast iron weights for grinding extra hard concrete The unit works perfectly with no issues. I removed the bumper because the machine gets closer to the wall without it. The bumper comes with it and can be reinstalled if the purchaser wishes. You'll never bump into walls if you use reasonable care. It doesn't fight you like a floor machine does, the three heads rotate independently and are mounted on a plate that spins in the opposite direction so it will stay stationary but moves easily when you push or pull it.
