This Bar-B-Q Concession Trailer with a rotisserie pit smoker is perfect for those who want to serve delicious, smoked meats. Additionally, it comes with 3 wet/dry hot food wells, 1 refrigerated food well, and 1 under-counter refrigerator. The trailer is 8' x 22' and includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, a metal roof awning, a wood box, and a screened smoke area. It runs on all hardwood or charcoal, has large rotating racks to smoke the flavor in just right, large doors for easy access to the cooking chambers, 2 sliding drafts for easier fire starting and shut down, no hot spots, cool touch handles, and smokestack dampers. It also has a hot and cold water system with a 110 volt water pump, 4 sinks, a 20-gallon fresh water tank, a 30-gallon waste water tank, electric water heater, and plumbing. The rotisserie pit smoker features smoke and temperature regulation, the option to use water for moist heat, a 100 to 500 degree thermometer, heavy construction for durability, and 1500 degree paint. All metal shelves are in front of the pit, and it's MADE IN THE USA!
