2733XC1B.06 New Cherry Articulating Roller Lever Switches, Normally Open and Normally Closed Operation, .1A Rating at 125VAC & 250 VAC, .25A at 30VDC; Part Number D41CR1GA. Each bid quantity is for a Lot of Three (3) Switches. You may bid / buy any number of lots, up to the total quantity available above. This batch of switches was purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes. We repackaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. These switches have three terminals, and they can be wired for both Normally Open and Normally Closed operation. When the Normally Open terminal is used, electricity only flows through the switch when the lever is pressed down. When the Normally Closed terminal is used, electricity flows through the switch until the lever is pressed down. They are rated for use with DC current, and the contacts are gold plated silver alloy to withstand the more detrimental effects of DC voltage. The 3/16" quick connect spade terminals are solid brass. Actuation force at the end of the lever is a medium one (1) ounce, according to our scales. The contacts close with a light "click" at about 1/3 travel, with the remaining 2/3 being overtravel. The roller assembly is also mounted on a spring loaded arm which allows it to fold down with about 1/3 ounce of pressure when force on the roller is reversed (see pictures 4 & 5). When normal direction is resumed, a light spring returns the roller to the upright position. This prevents damage to the lever and roller assembly when a rotating cam, etc, unexpectedly changes direction against the lever.
