AMD AM29F040B-120JC 4 Megabit (512 K x 8-Bit) CMOS 5.0 Volt-only/ Uniform Sector Flash Memory Lot of 1,997 pre-programmed flash memory chips. I do not know anything about what they were programmed with. This is surplus of what was originally intended for a circuit board upgrade. The chips come in plastic strips (30 count). Will be shipped in anti-static bag.
