All items are new but their boxes are a little rough. Tagger does not work with the chick wing tags it is for cattle. Original price was $27.99 Wing tag boxes say they contain numbers 01 to 100, but I didn't check them. They need a special blue handled pair of pliers to attach them, it says so on the box.
