This feature is particularly helpful for small leak rates and industrial usage. VTI calibrates each leak at three pressures/leak rates and provides a curve of leak rate vs. The VSLT Adjustable (Variable) Leak-Rate Calibrators are designed to calibrate sniffer leak detectors. We have two Vacuum Technologies products, the VTI VSLT-5/6-HE and F8473325 Leak rate calibrators, for sale. We offer VSLT Accu-Flow™ Calibrated Leaks that come in adjustable leak rates within the typical range of “Sniffing” rates of 10-4 to 10-6 atm-cc/sec. They are equipped with Teflon-permeation leak rate control elements, which help prevent clogging problems that are common in other calibrators with capillary leak elements. Both are used calibrators that come with model and calibration information, which you can find in the pictures. Helium pressure adjustment in the VSLT reservoir, as shown by the curve, the fill/exhaust valve, and the integral pressure gauge, will help you obtain the desired leak rate. pressure to determine the specific leak rate desired.
