New, old stock.  Removed from the manufacturer's box of 500pcs and repackaged in static bags in lots of 20pcs (see pictures).  These have been stored in a climate controlled conditions since they originally left the factory. Datasheet: http://pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheet/MitsubishiElectricCorporation/mXvrttu.pdf These are rated to block 400V and to conduct 5A(RMS).  These are in the TO-220F package, which means that you can attach it directly to a heatsink without adding insulation.  It is rated for 1500V isolation from the terminals to the case. An ideal application is switching 120VAC for loads of up to 600W.  The datasheet even shows the allowable output for various sizes of heatsinks or no heatsink at all. These were counted by hand, so let's say that they contain between 19pcs and 22pcs.  I had a few boxes, so you may notice different lot numbers (see pictures).  Because they were removed from OEM packaging, I did not retest.  They are sold as-is, but in good faith.  Because the OEM packaging included bags inside a box, pins may be slightly bent (again, see pictures).
