HI-Shear Corporation P/N: 291AS125-6 Lisi Aerospace Canada Corp. P/N: 291AS125-6 NSN: 5310-01-098-5364 The nut assembly consists of one nut and one metal bushing. (See Pictures) The overall size of the Nut is approximately 1/2" x 9/16" Outer Diameter 5/16" Threaded Inner Diameter Around the center of the outer side of the nut are a row of ridges, these ridges are 1/8" long. It is like this nut might be able to be tightened by hand possibly. (See Pictures) The overall size of the metal bushing is approximately 1" x 9/16" Outer Diameter 3/8" Inner Diameter (See Pictures) On the one end of the metal bushing there is small lip around the outer edge. This outer lip on the edge of the bushing is approximately 1/32" wide x 1/32" high (See Pictures) Once past the small lip on the outer edge of the bushing, the bushing is approximately 31/32" x 17/32" Outer Diameter The nut is made of steel. The bushing, we do not know what type of metal it is made of, but it is non-magnetic. Similar to the ones in the pictures.
