There is some normal wear / tear to them including sticker residue and a few scratches, but nothing major. Some of them have the pull out information tab at the bottom that is black while others are a cream color. They would make a great addition to any office and/or business' existing system or for replacement phones. Listing is for the phones with handset and coiled cables as shown in photos.
