Nine locks from MasterLock, all unopened. Five combination locks in various colors. Four padlocks: two kinds, two of each. Selling all of them together as one lot of locks. Transaction Policies: PAYMENT: I only accept PayPal. Please pay within 3 days of purchase. SHIPPING TIME: Items will be shipped within two business days of receiving payment. I usually ship the next day, but officially give myself 2 days in case there are circumstances beyond my control. Please understand that I have no control over the item or shipping speed once it has left my hands. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Packages that weigh 13 ounces or less will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Packages over that weight or which are fragile will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These domestic shipping options are provided at no additional cost to the buyer, and tracking will be provided. If you need faster shipping, please contact me prior to or immediately upon winning the auction. The buyer is to pay for the difference in the shipping offered for their item's weight and the faster shipping requested. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to the high cost of international shipping, I am unable to offer free shipping for international customers. Ebay will automatically calculate shipping to your location based on the item's weight, using USPS First Class International (up to 4 lbs). If you purchase multiple items, I will figure out the cheapest shipping and either send you an invoice or a refund reflecting the adjustment. I have learned through the years of some of the things that cannot be sent internationally, and always check before sending an item out. If you know that I cannot send the item to you, either based on what it is or where it was made, please do not purchase the item. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund your money if I learn that I cannot legally send the item to your country. The customs declaration will state the price you paid for the item. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs fees or tariffs upon delivery of your item. RETURNS: I will gladly accept returns in which the buyer contacts me within 14 days of original delivery confirmation. The buyer is to pay for the return shipping, and I suggest purchasing tracking if it is not already provided. Items must be in the condition in which they were sent, and in the original packaging and/or with the original tags (whatever is applicable). Items that are consumable, such as candles (burning), must not have been used. Items must not show signs of wear or use unless the item was sold as Used, in which case signs of wear/use will be described in listing. REFUNDS: Returned items that comply with the conditions above will be refunded via PayPal within two business days of my receipt of the item (most likely, on the same day). Customers in the US will be refunded the total purchase price. International customers will be refunded the purchase price without the original shipping.
