These are Brand new and come in factory sealed boxes. "LUCENT TEST TALK PANELS (Full Function) - ED-6C110-10 GR25" . Also has KS-21316-L5 on the top of the front. If your reading this then you know what they are. But will add a little info below. DF jack box, loudspeaker, test/talk routines into a new standard shown on several ED drawings. ED-6C110-10 was established . Per ED-6C110-10, test/talk panels should be located at every 14th vertical (beginning with the 8th) on Conventional DFs and every odd numbered module on Cosmic DFs. The Bell System split up and AT&T spun off the ED test/talk system product line to Lucent. Lucent spun off most of their DF systems to Avaya (later sold to Commscope) except this test/talk system. All of the ED-6C110-10 material is still available from Lucent. Lucent drawings can be obtained at lucentdocs.com . Be sure to click the “Drawings” . When DF framework is added or extended, a basic test jack panel is still required at the vertical side placement intervals as stated above.
