Ludl Electronic Products MAC 2002 STFLNOF Flat/Notch Finder Stepping Motor Controller/Driver Module This is a Ludl Electronic Products STFLNOF flat/notch finder stepping motor controller/driver module with programming manual. The module is for use in Ludl's MAC 2002 control system. This module is used with the LEP flat/notch finder sensor and motorized vacuum chuck to orient and align semiconductor wafers. The module calculates the angle of the flat or notch as well as the location of the center of the wafer. Programmable features include final angle of flat or notch alignment, data filtering and alignment speed.
