Super clean Ludlum model 14C and 44-9 pancake thin mica end window probe alpha, beta, gamma, and X-ray detector. Model 14C survey meter 0-690,000 CPM and 0- 200 mR/hr  in four decades with battery test, fast / slow response switch, audio on / off switch, and  reset button. Powered by 2 D size batteries up to 2,000 hrs. with alkaline. Has  fifth decade for internal high range for when TSHTF 0-2,000 mR/hr. This model is a lot more expensive than the model 3 due to the added internal detector and switching high voltage configuration. Adjustable regulated high Voltage will support small scintillators and other than 900 Volt probes. The 44-9 pancake thin mica end window probe detects alpha, beta, gamma, and x-ray radiation and has a count rate of 3,300 CPM/mR/hr Cs 137. Note that the pancake probe and mR/hr CPM scales lign up correctly with the dial plate 3,300 CPM and 1mR/hr. Model 3 was pulse count calibrated and probes count rate tested with Cs 137 source Included is a removable place anywhere test disc which is 70 nCi natural Uranium.
