Automated Lumber Handling, Lenoir, NC - ALH as it is known,makes some first rate material handling equipment for the furniture and lumber industry,  such as it is today.Many of the plants have long closed, you know... This fine Stop & Load board dealer deck once graced the infeed planer line at the Statton Furniture plant in Hagerstown, MD. We got it at the auction when this venerable cherry furniture plant succumbed in the death spiral of the American furniture industry...but I digress... Anyway, back to the deck that you want to buy - It's 8' x 11' meaning the 5 strands are 8' long and stretch out to 11' wide. Great for 12' lengths The Stop&Load has 5 rubber feed wheels and board stopping arms that air pivot up from the bottom to hold the board in cue - operator lets the board deal on to a feed table or machine infeed. Open link chain, not rooftop. Good shape. In our warehouse with lots of other decks, transfers, and conveyors Classic Machine Works, Chambersburg, PA if you look close you'll see the drive is missing.
