M Type M140 Blue (445nm/450nm) Laser Diode 2w+ New Laser Diode - Fast Shipping from CA This is the M-Type Blue Laser diode also sold by DTR. All m140 diodes are pulled from projectors, there will be small amounts of solder on the pins and may have bits of thermal paste on back. All diodes are tested before being shipped. There may slight scratches from extraction (just like all the other M140 diodes on ebay) On the left is the A-Type and on the Right is the M-Type (picture is not mine, it belongs to DTR). The diodes I have also have the circle above the bar code as seen in the pictures. Pin Map (also DTR's) Recommended Drive is 4.5v at 1.8 amps. These diodes can be driven a lot harder with proper heat sinking.
