MAC 144-MCF-361 Baghouse Dust Collection system with Reverse Jet Filter Cleaning. Baghouse constructed of 7 gauge carbon steel containment; one piece body all welded construction, 144" diameter shell with walk-in plenum for maintenance and bag replacement. Features:    * Capacity:  52,000 CFM @ 10 to 1 Air-to-cloth ratio.  5,202 sq-ft of filter area made up of (361) Filter bags; 144" long x 5" dia. housed in a 120" shell dia.    * Bag Cleaning; (1) 5 HP PD pump for bag cleaning at 7- 9 PSIG. 1 HP Direct drive explosion proof gearmotor for distribution arm, surge tank, pneumatically controlled firing mechanism activating the diaphragm valves/nozzles. When cleaning arm & bag segments are correctly aligned air nozzles fire directly into bags without wasted cleaning air.    * 70° cone shaped filter hopper (not for storage) attached to MAC at bottom of shell with transition to rotary air lock.    *  Explosion doors.    * Caged ladder to access door, support stand.       Dims & Weight: MAC unit: Length of straight portion shell body, including cone but not rotary air lock, is approx. 477" (40'), shell weight approx 13,500 LBS without bag cages. Included Equipment:    * Floor mounted fan - FAN EQUIP.  Backward Inclined  Blower with 40" inlet diameter for a negative pressure configuration.  Up-blast arrangement.  Unitary base. Flanged inlet & outlet.    * Backdraft Damper (Damper does not meet current NFPA certification).    * Manual CLARKE Abort Gate with square to round transitions to 40" diameter.    * Approx. 21" Rotary Air Lock (RAL) with 3 HP motor. -- This listing does not include a motor for the fan.  We have used motors up to 100HP available for additional cost. -- Ductwork shown in photo is not included with this listing. -- Filter bag cages are included with the filter. Filter bags are not included. -- Payment must be received in full prior to equipment being loaded on the buyers arranged transportation. -- Truck loading available, please call for quote.
