Model PM2-400 SN 941006P609 Set for: PA72-39M A182-39MLB The unit was originally set to process 4” wafers (original settings above). It was modified to do 5” wafers: 182-50M-0215 PA182-50M-3603 Unit is used, has little to no scratches on it and is very, very clean. Came from a semiconductor processing facility in Ohio where it was removed in operation. When new, this unit retailed for $20,000 USD. 360 degree wafer rotation, good for macro or micro inspection. Comes with the hand-held programmer module (in the photo), the power supply, and the vacuum pump. The unit is guaranteed to be in working condition as described in the ad or your money back.
