For your reference, the seller is N&R Scientific Co., Inc.  We have been providing the highest quality refurbished and fully guaranteed equipment worldwide for many years.  You can purchase with complete confidence that the equipment will be provided in excellent cosmetic and perfect operational condition.   Our facility is located in the metropolitan NYC area.  Manufacturer's Description: A simple device used to measure resistivity of a thin film or diffusion layer on an insulating material. - The four-point probe only works on blank wafers with continuous film on top. It does not work on patterned wafers. - There should be a layer of insulator, e.g. silicon oxide, between a silicon substrate and the film to be measured. Otherwise, the sheet resistance measured will be erroneous.
