This unit is from a functioning medical Facilities excess inventory. Unit is in good cosmetic condition with a few small scratches from normal wear; overall the unit is in very good shape, (Please See Photos). Due to the fact that I don't have much knowledge regarding this equipment, I tested the Headset and the sounds, and it seem to be working fine.
