Maico “The Pilot” Children’s Audiometer Tested and Guaranteed Working Condition INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE The Pilot Test screens children as young as three years old by presenting the hearing test as a game. The child listens to sentences presented at descending decibel levels. After each sentence the child points to the corresponding picture on the picture board. As a game, the test is easy for children to understand. As a test, the procedure gives you unmistakable responses for accurate results. You can even listen in on the test with the supplied operator ear phone. The Pilot can also be switched into a manual pure tone audiometer for screening more mature children. With manual screening, you can choose the speed at which you present the tones. Easy fingertip operation gives you the flexibility to choose the frequency and hearing levels. This unit is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. It is ready to use as soon as you receive it. The console powers up and completes self diagnostics successfully. All buttons and LEDs function as designed. The test is switchable between ears and the pause button works properly. The headphones are almost perfect, with no rips or tears in the ear cushions. All adjustment features work fine. The cable is free of cuts. The operator ear buds are brand new. The operator output is mono and the ear buds are stereo, which means the operator will only hear the test in one ear bud, it’s no big deal, but I like to disclose all information.
