This auction is for a Marsh Model R - 1 inch stencil cutter only. There are no instructions nor oil board. This stencil cutter was retired from a local school. It has been in storage for a long time. Everything moves freely, but is missing a part underneath that locks a lever in place to slide the oil board in place. Also, when the board is in place (inserting manually holding the lever down) after pushing the lever down to cut a letter/number ... the board does not advance after the handle retracts... I'm not sure why this occurs. This hand powered machine will require service. It's currently not in proper working condition.  Also, I will not ship this item since I cannot pick it up.
