These tools are actually big enough to fit into a North America or European hand (many tools are to small) We received the tools on Saturday. My wife has used them on me and then on Monday on her clients. The first was a long standing one who I happened to meet on her way out, the first thing she said was how the "Best Friend Tool" solved in a matter of minutes a long standing problem that she just couldn't quite resolve before as she just couldn't get at it properly. The reception from the other four was better than my wife had dared hope. I just wanted to thank you for not only your generosity but also compliment you. I had been looking around for a bit on the internet before I found your tools and it was easily apparent that they were exactly what I was hoping to find. Clearly a lot of thought and effort has been put into designing them and seeing the rejuvenation in my wife toward her vocation is one of the best feelings I have ever had. (lest we forget, it took a fair bit of cajoling before she bought into the idea) Moreover we know that this is only the start as once Ancois had the tools in her hand over the weekend she immediately started becoming aware of their actual potential. I’ve been seeing a physical therapist who specializes in hand injuries, for my sprained thumb (IP and MP joints). I took along all my thumb tools, the new ones from you (#106 and 107) and also the other brands I’d been using for some time, and she really liked your tools - all the others she recommended I throw out because although they spread the load they’re either no better than using the thumb alone or in some cases even ‘worse’ than using nothing at all. My thumb will be splinted or strapped for another month or two yet, but I’m able to use your thumb tools already because of the clever way the load is moved off the thumb joints and into the more robust parts of the hand. And I’m of course very happy to be still earning an income despite a sprained thumb! - Cheers, Mel Dear career extenders Hi, just wanted to let you know I received my tools yesterday afternoon. Coincidentally I had a regular client come in for treatment last night. I use very firm trigger point with him and he kindly agreed to allow me to experiment with my new tools. I found them incredibly easy to use for the first time( feel very natural in my hands) and I'm sure I will only improve with time. More importantly my client raved about them!! He was able to give me feedback as I worked on him and it was hugely positive. I was delighted and my hands didn't feel their usual soreness after his treatment. I'm delighted with my purchase . I cannot remember the name of the "package" I bought, but it came to $217 all said and done, and it included the "best friend" tool. Initially I had just planned on buying the long thumb tools after running across a video you posted on YouTube while searching for massage type videos. However,after going to your site and watching other clips (wonderful videos,by the way)I decided I needed the best friend tool too, and the best deal was to get the package that includes both of those tools along with several others. Upon opening the box I was impressed by the look and feel of the "white/bone colored" hand tools. The thumb tools fit my hands surprisingly well and were obviously designed by a professional therapist with years of experience. They look and feel solid,professional,well researched, and executed. I immediately tried them out on my wife and was very pleased,as well,with the multi-use T-bar. Excellent for hitting those multifidi and rotatores as your video illustrates! I have been a trigger point/deep tissue therapist for 12 years with a busy private practice (20-30 clients weekly) and am thrilled to come across tools that I know I'll actually use,rather than see them collect dust. Okay, now my review of the actual practical application of the "best friend": It's fantastic in practice. Superb,really. Absolutely divine for hitting the quadratus lumborum trigger points, the deep six hip rotators (as your video showed), deep transversospinal muscles, and so many others. I'm very excited to get creative with it! It may well be the best massage tool I've ever tried-and I've just worked with it one day. Even the "spreading"/"gliding" tool turned out to be very practical. So brilliant,too,that these tools emphasize a constant connection of the therapist's hands to the clients body,but lets the tool do the heavy work. Overall, it's clear to me that you're a very talented inventor/designer (and,I'd bet,a great massage therapist) I've ordered many, many products via the internet in the last decade,and this is the first review I've written. I am passionate about this career and see a strong place for a designer like yourself in our profession. So it felt important to voice this.
