Form is in EXCLLENT condition with no holes, stains, tears, etc. Hook at top will need to be re-inserted into the top hole (comes out). Back bottom area does have some scrapes where it hung next to a wall display. This is a higher end mannequin for full 360 body display (not half or hollow form). Get them while they last!
