Brand new in original box, marine supply store surplus.  McPherson Controls MTS SS500 Automatic Flashing Unit for Brush Type Generators McPherson Controls Automatic Flashing Unit for brush Type Generators The Safe and Easy Way to Automatically Flash any Stubborn Old Generators The SS500 Automatic Flashing Module is a true electronic flashing circuit with an arching timeout circuit that can be set from 1 to 8 timer. This unit will not flash again as the generator is turned off. When the residual voltage is too low for the voltage regulator to build voltage normally on the generator, the SS500 is what you need. The SS500 uses battery voltage and the output of the generator to automatically flash the generator for 1 to 8 seconds and then stop.   Input Voltage DC 10~30 VDC Sensing Voltage AC 120/240 VAC Flash Time 1~8 sec.
